Committees

Being involved is the best way to grow and learn with fellow members. Opportunities range from serving on our NAWBO-MN Board of directors, to committee involvement in Programming, Fundraising, Finance, Technology, Mastermind, Membership and Ambassador Committees.

Below is a list of the current committees and brief overview of what they entail. Please contact the respective Board Member below if you are interested in being a part of a specific committee.

Education and Monthly Programs Committee
Melissa DeLay -     Coordinate monthly meeting greeters
    Organize annual member meeting
    Manage the Mastermind program
    Hosting member socials or industry roundtables   

Marketing Committee

    Develop and coordinate the placement of print ads
    Promote monthly meetings
    Collect and provide articles and event photos

Member Services Committee

Special Events Committee

    Oversee all event set up and tear down

Public Relations/Social Media Committee

    Cultivate and nurture fruitful relationships with targeted media
    Execute press release campaigns
    Execute strategic social media conversations on targeted platforms
    Assist in marketing communication copy-writing
